Nextify Media AS is the data processor for Sperreport AS and operates and further develops the website on our behalf.

2.1 Information you provide to us: name, company name, email address, telephone number, the content of your enquiry, and any attachments you upload.

2.2 Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device information, page visits and referral source.

2.3 Marketing: where implemented, we may use cookies and pixel tools from third parties (for example Meta/Instagram and Google) for marketing purposes. See our separate cookie policy.

We process personal data in order to: respond to enquiries and quote requests, provide customer service, operate and improve the website, carry out analytics and marketing where this is technically set up and you have given consent, and safeguard the security of our systems.

The processing is based on legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) when responding to enquiries, performance of a contract (point (b)) for quotes and orders, consent (point (a)) for marketing and non-essential cookies, and legal obligation (point (c)) for customer data subject to statutory bookkeeping requirements.

We use the following categories of data processors: Nextify Media AS (operation and further development of the website), infrastructure and hosting provider for the website and database solution, and analytics and advertising platforms where these are activated. The necessary data processing agreements have been entered into with these providers.

We do not use your email address for marketing unless you have consented to this. You may at any time ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes.

Enquiries are normally retained for up to 3 years. Customer data linked to documentation subject to statutory bookkeeping requirements is retained for 5–10 years in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Analytics data may be retained for longer in anonymised form.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to request restriction of processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a structured format (data portability).

You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). We normally respond to privacy-related enquiries within 30 days.
