Sperreport Vertical
The arm swings up and down instead of to the side — ideal where there isn't room for a sideways opening. Makes maximum use of floor and wall space, and works well alongside existing gateways and ramps.
How it works
The same spring-loaded, self-closing hinge as the sideways variant, but mounted so the arm swings up and down. When the gate is down, the area is clearly closed off; lifting it gives full access. Takes up almost no width or depth.
Makes maximum use of floor and wall space
Ideal where space is limited along walls, shelving, columns or existing gateways.
Combines with existing gateways and ramps
Can be mounted as an extra safety layer on the inside or outside of a gateway that is often left open.
A good solution where sideways isn't possible
Suits narrow buildings without the need for free wall space or clear room to the side.

Specifications
Only confirmed dimensions are listed. Other specifications are confirmed on request — please get in touch.
HSE relevance
Suits use as an extra safety layer at ramps, loading zones and entry/exit points — areas where a clear, fixed physical barrier is needed, but where a sideways gate can't be installed.

When should I choose vertical over sideways?
Choose vertical where there isn't room for a sideways opening — for example near shelving, columns, doors or other equipment along the side.
Can it be mounted on an existing gateway?
Yes, it can be placed on the inside or outside of an existing gateway or ramp as an extra safety layer for when the gateway is left open.
